So I've been trying out livejournal, and I have to say that I think it has won out in the final analysis.
In 17 days, my pro subscription is going to run out, and I'm going to let it. Readership here has slowed to a trickle (down by half since the first of April, and that was before this week's sabbatical). I figure there are at most three people still reading this, and though I admire and appreciate that, it isn't enough to get me to pony up the dough for features that LJ surpasses for free.
So that's it. I do invite anyone that is still reading this to come on over to the new place:

Anonymous comments are welcome there, so you don't have to get an LJ account just to comment on anything. I'll still be dropping in here to read all my old favorites. Anyway that's it.
Thanks.
